Meet The Team!
Edaliz O'Bear began her career when she enlisted into the National Guard as a Military Police in 2004. After 2 years, she had the opportunity to transfer to a Psychological Operations unit in the Army Reserves. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2013, and finished her military career in 2014 after 10 years of service.
After her military service, Edaliz worked as an ABA therapist while she completed her Masters in Education at Liberty University (2017) and a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University (2018). Edaliz became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019 after completing 1500 hours of supervised fieldwork. Edaliz has begun working towards her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.

Nathaniel (Nate) O’Bear started his career upon enlistment into the US Army Reserves as a Lithographer in 2003. After his first tour in Iraq in 2007, Nate transferred into the Regular Army as a Military police officer. Nate was released from active duty after two more deployments in 2009 and 2011. He earned his Bachelors in Business Administration from DeVry University in 2014 and then completed his Masters in Accounting and Financial Management in 2015. Nate joined Dot Foods, Inc in 2015 and held various roles including credit analyst, accounts receivable supervisor, lean leader, and operations management trainee.
While working at Dot, Nate completed his Doctorate in Business Administration in 2019 and then earned his Master’s of Science in Psychology in 2022. Nate started working as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2022 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2023 after completing 1500 hours of concentrated supervised fieldwork.

Samuel (Sammy) Woolsey is one of the owners of OABS. He is the office manager and woks in the capacity IT and HR. Sammy wears many hats at OABS.
Student Analysts
Jesi Music began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2021. Two years later, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with the honor of Summa Cum Laude. Following the completion of her BA, she began pursuing a degree in Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Cincinnati and is scheduled to graduate in the year 2025. She currently works as a Student Analyst at OABS, and is completing supervised fieldwork with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Crystina Foreman is currently a student analyst. She graduated in 2020 from Washington State University with a BS in Psychology. She joined the ABA field in 2022 after working briefly in early childhood education. While working as an RBT she learned that she enjoys behavior analysis and started her Masters program in 2023! After receiving her BCBA she hopes to continue working with children with disabilities.
Adrien Durden began working in the field of Behavior Analysis in 2023 during her senior year at Georgia Southern University as a Behavioral Technician Intern. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and shortly after she became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Her love for the field persuaded her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University. She is currently employed at OABS working as a Student Analyst acquiring supervised fieldwork hours with the dreams of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!
RBTs
Heather Cook started her career as a paraprofessional working in the school system, and became an RBT in February of 2023.
Madison Pleasant completed her RBT certification at the beginning of 2023. She previously pursued a BFA in 2D art. However, driven by a dedication to improving the lives of her clients she became an RBT. Madison has gained experience with a wide variety of clients and is continuing her career at OABS.
Merah Nichols began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2023 soon after obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Psychology with the honor of Cum Laude. Merah has always dedicated her time and knowledge to helping those who have been over looked and misunderstood. Her fervor has led her to continue her philanthropic work and pursue a Masters degree in psychology
Denae Joyner is a first generation high school graduate and college graduate. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology at Georgia Gwinnett College in May of 2023 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in school psychology at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Ga.
In November 2023 she received her credential as a registered behavior technician (RBT) and is currently working with OABS.
Melody is beginning her career as an RBT in 2024 with OABS. She decided to become an RBT because she always wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of others, especially by being an advocate for those with autism and other special needs.

Cheryl Lester graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Georgia Southern University. She is currently pursuing a dual Master's degree in Special Education (Mild to Moderate) and Elementary Education at Grand Canyon University, with an expected graduation date of August 2025. Cheryl became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in September 2024 . Her experience in the field has inspired her to pursue certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
